How the counting works

These are the rules we bill by, written out so an invoice never needs explaining.

  • One whole month is the minimum. A delivery is counted for every month it was live at any point, including the month you paused it in.
  • Counted once per delivery, per month, however many times it was stopped and started. A fault and a restart is one signal, not two.
  • Every delivery counts once, whatever it carries. Two feeds to the same operator are two deliveries.
  • Awaiting setup and cancelled are never counted. Counting starts the day we make it live.
  • Dates are stamped in your own timezone, so a signal activated late on the 31st belongs to the month it was where you are.

A request is not yet a signal on air

Every delivery is built by our automation before it goes live. Your request appears in the panel as processing from the moment you make it, and you get an email the moment it is ready. There is nothing to buy here in a hurry. You are billed against what the panel records as live, and that is the service: not a self-service endpoint, but a delivery somebody is accountable for.

FAQ

Pricing questions

What counts as one delivery?

One signal, reaching one operator, on one URL: what the panel calls a service. Two feeds to the same operator are two deliveries, at $40 each. It keeps its identity across pause and restart, so a fault and a restart is one delivery, not two.

When does billing start?

The day we make the delivery live, not the day you order it. A request still awaiting setup is never billed, and neither is one we cancel.

What if I pause mid-month?

One whole month is the minimum. A delivery is counted for every month it was live at any point, including the month you paused it in. Pausing on the 3rd does not reduce what that month costs. It is counted once per month however many times it was stopped and started.

How do I actually pay?

You are invoiced. Nothing is bought on this site, because the panel is what counts your deliveries, and that count is what you are billed against. A subscription fixed at signup would drift from it the moment you added or paused a delivery.

Do you do volume pricing?

Yes. The published rate is the flat rate for a single delivery. We calculate special rates according to volume and the details of your project. Tell us what you are moving and we will quote it.
